1. The agreement

By creating an account on WalkSelf you agree to these terms. We may update them; we'll notify you of material changes.

2. What we provide

WalkSelf provides a self-discovery screening (questionnaire and, optionally, natal-chart and on-device palm-geometry layers), a personal report and a “Certificate of Self”, and access to a curated catalog of practice courses at 300,00 Kč each.

3. Payments and credits

Courses are 300,00 Kč each. Credits purchased via top-up are non-transferable and don't expire. Bonus credits are not separately refundable; refunds are computed on the cash portion of the transaction.

4. Acceptable use

Personal use only. Don't redistribute course content, attempt to scrape catalog content at scale, or share account credentials. Abuse may result in termination without refund.

5. Screenings, self-discovery content, and biometric inputs

The screening, alignment scores, “Certificate of Self” outputs, and palm-geometry feature vectors are self-reflection tools, not predictions of outcome. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, vocational, or otherwise). The palm step is on-device only; we do not receive or store images. Users in BIPA jurisdictions are geofenced out of the palm step and can still complete the rest of the screening.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This service is operated by MagiScan INC, registered at 919 N Market St Ste 950, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.
