Biegam od dwóch lat i ciągle łapał mnie ból kolana, więc trochę z desperacji zapisałem się na ten kurs. Najwięcej dało mi rozpisanie kadencji i lądowania na śródstopiu zamiast na pięcie, bo wcześniej w ogóle nie zwracałem na to uwagi. Ćwiczenia rozgrzewające biodra okazały się strzałem w dziesiątkę, kolano przestało strzelać już po dwóch tygodniach. Podoba mi się, że wszystko jest wytłumaczone spokojnie, krok po kroku, bez zalewania żargonem. W końcu czuję, że biegam dla zdrowia, a nie żeby się rozłożyć.
