Yoğun çalışma temposunda spora vakit bulamıyordum, ama evde aletsiz yapılan 20 dakikalık interval antrenmanları tam bana göreydi. Kısa sürede dayanıklılığımın arttığını fark ettim ve nefesim daha az kesiliyor. Antrenmanların nasıl kurgulanacağını öğrenmek en çok işime yaradı, çünkü artık kendim de çeşitlendirebiliyorum. Sabah işe gitmeden önce rahatça sığdırabiliyorum. Biraz daha ileri seviye varyasyon olsaydı tam olurdu ama yine de çok memnunum.
