Recomposition always confused me because everyone says you can't lose fat and keep muscle at the same time. This laid out the high-protein approach and the strength basics in a way that made the whole idea feel achievable. I learned how much protein I actually needed and how to train so I wasn't just losing weight off the scale. After a couple of months I'm leaner but my lifts haven't dropped, which is exactly what I wanted. The nutrition side was especially clear for a beginner.
