Je me préparais à l'examen de certification en nutrition et je cherchais quelque chose de structuré pour réviser les bases. Les modules sur les macronutriments et le métabolisme sont expliqués de façon claire et facile à mémoriser. J'ai apprécié que chaque notion soit reliée à des situations concrètes, ce qui aide vraiment à retenir. Grâce à ces fondamentaux solides, je me suis présentée à l'examen avec beaucoup plus de confiance. C'est un excellent point de départ pour amorcer une reconversion professionnelle. I'm working toward my nutrition certification and needed a way to firm up the core science before the exam. The explanations of digestion, macros, and micronutrients were clear and didn't assume any background. I felt the foundational knowledge came together in a logical order that was easy to study from. By the end I had a much better grasp of the basics I'll be tested on. The career-path framing at the end was motivating too. I just wished there were a few more practice questions to test myself, but overall it set me up well.
