Ik had nooit goed begrepen wat de glykemische index nu eigenlijk betekende voor mijn dagelijkse keuzes. Door deze cursus snap ik nu hoe ik rijst, brood en aardappelen kan combineren zodat mijn bloedsuiker stabiel blijft. Sinds ik die combinaties toepas heb ik veel minder van die middagdips en zin in zoetigheid. De voorbeelden van complete maaltijden waren heel praktisch en makkelijk vol te houden. เมื่อก่อนกินข้าวเสร็จแล้วง่วงและหิวเร็วมาก พอได้เรียนเรื่องการเลือกอาหารค่า GI ต่ำและวิธีจับคู่กับข้าวกล้องหรือธัญพืช อาการอยากของหวานก็ลดลงชัดเจน ตอนนี้น้ำตาลในเลือดนิ่งขึ้นและน้ำหนักค่อยๆ ลงโดยไม่ต้องอดอาหารเลย ตัวอย่างมื้ออาหารในคอร์สทำตามได้จริงและไม่ยุ่งยาก อยากให้มีเมนูอาหารไทยเพิ่มอีกสักหน่อย แต่โดยรวมคุ้มค่ามากและนำไปใช้ได้ทุกวัน
