Cara berkomunikasi dengan klien dari mula sampai hantar kerja diterangkan langkah demi langkah. Saya juga belajar urus penghantaran projek supaya klien puas hati dan datang balik. Selepas ikut panduan ini, saya berjaya dapat klien pertama dan siapkan kerja dengan yakin. Memang berbaloi untuk sesiapa yang ada kemahiran slide tapi tak tahu nak mula dari mana.
Я неплохо делаю презентации, но превратить это во фриланс никак не получалось, пока не прошла этот курс. Больше всего помог блок про ценообразование — раньше я просто угадывала цену и часто продешевляла. Структура общения с клиентом от первого сообщения до правок тоже разложена по полочкам, теперь нет хаоса. Раздел про сдачу проекта научил оформлять файлы так, чтобы заказчик возвращался снова. Хотелось бы чуть больше примеров переписки для сложных клиентов. Но в целом это рабочая система, которую я уже применяю на реальных заказах.
