Pracuję przy biurku po dziewięć godzin dziennie i ciągły stres dawał mi się we znaki, dlatego ten kurs trafił w sam punkt. Techniki oddechowe, które można wykonać dyskretnie w pracy, naprawdę pomagają mi się wyciszyć w napiętych momentach.
