Empecรฉ desde cero, sin haber hecho pilates en mi vida, y las prรกcticas escritas paso a paso fueron muy fรกciles de seguir en casa. En pocas semanas notรฉ que mi postura mejorรณ y que ya no me dolรญa tanto la espalda al estar sentada. Los ejercicios de core son sencillos pero efectivos, y la parte de flexibilidad me soltรณ muchรญsimo las caderas. Echรฉ de menos algรบn apoyo visual extra en un par de movimientos, pero con las descripciones tan claras igual logrรฉ hacerlos bien. Para principiantes absolutos lo recomiendo de verdad.
