Mình từng trì hoãn mọi thứ đến phút chót và luôn thấy ngợp trước những việc lớn. Khóa học chỉ ra rất rõ tại sao mình hay chần chừ, và mẹo chia nhỏ công việc thành bước đầu tiên cực kỳ nhỏ đã giúp mình bắt đầu dễ hơn hẳn. Phần nói về quản lý cảm giác quá tải đặc biệt đúng với mình, vì đó mới là gốc rễ khiến mình né tránh. Nhờ vậy mà cuối cùng mình cũng hoàn thành được vài việc tồn đọng từ lâu. Mình chỉ tiếc là phần xây thói quen lâu dài hơi ngắn, muốn được hướng dẫn sâu hơn. Dù vậy đây vẫn là khóa học rất đáng giá và mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè hay trì hoãn giống mình.
