Maganda kung paano nila ipinaliwanag kung aling mga pagkain ang nagpapalala ng inflammation at kung paano palitan ng mas mabuting opsyon nang hindi gutom. Sobrang praktikal ng bahagi tungkol sa gut health, at unti-unti ko nang naramdaman na mas magaan ang pakiramdam ko pagkatapos kumain. Sana lang mas marami pang sample na meal plan para mas madali sundan araw-araw. Pero in general, malaking tulong ito at irerekomenda ko sa mga kaibigan ko.
