Als jemand, der acht Stunden am Schreibtisch sitzt, war ich skeptisch, ob ein paar รœbungen wirklich etwas bringen. Aber die Routinen sind so kurz, dass ich sie zwischen Meetings einbauen kann, und meine Schultern fรผhlen sich deutlich lockerer an. Besonders die Erklรคrungen zur Haltung haben mir geholfen, schlechte Gewohnheiten zu erkennen. Ein paar Videos hรคtten etwas langsamer sein dรผrfen, damit man besser mitmachen kann. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung fรผr alle mit Bรผrojob.
