Trabalho na administração de uma clínica e vivia apagando incêndios com a agenda. Aprendi a usar IA para organizar os horários e reduzir os buracos entre consultas, o que já melhorou bastante o nosso fluxo diário. A parte de comunicação com pacientes, com mensagens automáticas mais humanas, foi um ganho enorme para a recepção. Os exemplos são bem próximos da rotina real de uma clínica. Faltou só um pouco mais sobre faturamento, mas no resto entregou tudo o que prometia.

I also picked up some handy templates for patient communication that sound warm rather than robotic. The administrative-workflow examples mapped closely to what we actually deal with. I only wish there'd been more on integrating with our specific EHR, but the principles carried over fine.
