Nel nostro centro medico le telefonate per prenotare visite erano un caos, ora un agente gestisce gli appuntamenti e risponde alle domande frequenti da solo. Saya kerja di klinik dan repot sekali mengatur jadwal pasien sambil menjawab pertanyaan yang sama berulang-ulang.
